Eva Jagger & Chris Jagger

Mrs Eva Jagger, mother to none other than Mick Jagger, is pictured here in 1983 with her less famous son Chris, brother to the rock superstar. Seventeen years later and Mick Jagger is mourning the loss of his beloved mother Eva, who died from a heart condition on the 18th of May 2000; she was 87. Ironically his mother passed away on the 1st birthday of his love child Lucas. Mick is said to have been extremely close to his mother and her death is said to have hit him hard. He was due to fly out to Cannes Film Festival when he heard of the news; instead the grieving star was making his way to Wimbledon, South London, to join his father who was at Eva's bedside when she died. 33735-03
