(FILES) File photo dated 18 April 1984 shows German football coach Josef "Jupp" Derwall (L) speaking with German player Karl-Heinz "Kalle" Rummenigge during a training session in Strasbourg. Derwall was manager of the West Germany national football team between 1978 and 1984, winning the 1980 European Football Championship and reaching the final of the 1982 World Cup.
