Stewart, who was on the show to promote his latest TV series Blunt Talk, was in on the joke wiht Corden who revealed that back in the late 80s the pair had been part of a double act on Blackpool pier and now for one night only they were getting the act back together. The pair then donned sparkly jackets and as they performed several cheesy magic tricks including pulling scarves out of a hat. They then said they would be sawing a woman in half - and after picking out a woman from the audience, who was in on the joke, the pair carried out the trick. But halfway through Corden fumbled it and dropped one of the sections to the box, revealing the bottom half of the box was empty after they pulled the woman apart. The pair could hardly hold it together after that from giggling but they managed to finished their act and ended with some over the top theatrics. Earlier on the show Stewart had revealed his wife Siunny's dad - who is younger than him - insists on called him Son.
