A declaration committing the two Governments to resolve their differences only by peaceful means and expresseing the desire of the two peoples never to go to war with one another again was signed by Mr. Neville Chamberlain and Chancellor Hitler before the British Prime Minister left Munich after the four-Power conference at which it was decided to settle the German-Czechoslovak dispute peacefully.
