EUROVISION SONG CONTEST TAKES PLACE IN LONDON TONIGHT 23.3.63 Sixteen European countries have recruited some of their leading musical talent to compose and sing the songs to represent them in he Eurovision Grand Prix, which this year will be held at the BBC TV Centre in London, and in fact takes place tonight. This marks the first time that the contest is being held in a TV studio. The winning song will be chosen by juries in each of the countries taking part, with twenty people to each jury.
