Sisters speak out about deadly home invasion

Pictured here is Blood at the cabin after the murders When the Tiede family headed off to spend a snowy Christmas at their remote family cabin in Oakley, Utah, they had no idea what the trip would bring. Expecting a fun joyful holiday together exchanging presents, the family were torn apart as intruders broke into their home with anything but Christmas spirit on their minds. The family vacation soon turned into a nightmare that left two sisters fighting for their lives after their mother and grandmother were both gunned down in cold blood by two home invaders who had calmly opened all the family presents under the Christmas tree while waiting for them to return home. They also believed their father had been killed after he was doused in petrol and set on fire - although he survived. The teenage girls were then kidnapped by the two intruders - Edward Deli and Von Lester Taylor Ð and were only saved after their uncle came to the rescue. Now for the first time the sisters Linae Tiede and Trish Tiede are speaking out about the harrowing home invasion that changed their lives forever - and left Deli in prison for life and Taylor sitting on death row.
