The Deadpool actor agreed to get in the tank full clothed after host Ellen DeGeneres told him if he did $25,000 would be donated to the Make A Wish charity. Reynolds gamely agreed and sat in the tank as Ellen threw tennis balls at a target, which she hit on the third throw. As Reynolds plunged into the tank the audience cheered and he gave Ellen two thumbs up while under water. Earlier in the show, the star that his little girl says the word 'dada' whenever she sees a poster of his smash hit character Deadpool. The actor, whose film has demolished a series of box office records over the weekend, made the comment after revealing she is already 'running around talking and having a ball.' He said: "She has a few words in her vocabulary. She sees me all over the place because right now the Deadpool advertising is everywhere. So when we go into New York City it’s on top of the cab and she’ll be like: 'Dada, dada. dada, dada'. I don’t know how she knows, I mean I’m in a mask, but yeah she knows that’s me."
