Hartley Shawcross

Britainâäôs most sensational murder case in recent years continues to hold the interest of the country and at the third dayâäôs hearing on March 4,1936 in Manchester of the trial of R. Buck Ruxton. The court room was packed o capacity. The prosecutions allege that he dismembered her body, removing feature which might lead to her identification and threw portions down a ravine in the Evilâäôs Beef tub, area in Scotland.
