At the suggestion of the Italian Head of State Benito Mussolini (middle) met the Austrian Federal Chancellor Dr. Engelbert Dollfuss (left) and the Hungarian Prime Minister Gyula Gombos (right) in Rome to discuss a grouping of powers against the Balkan bloc the Little Entente.
