An unidentified racial demonstrator was collared by Pennsylvania State Police, Aug. 31, 1963, in Folcroft, Pa., for demonstrating against the fact that Mr. and Mrs. Horace Baker, a black couple, had moved into an all-white neighborhood. After being taken in tow by the police, he was released, as were all other demonstrators that the State Police were compelled to bring under control in an effort to keep order. (AP Photo)
