Nov. 11, 1962 - A silent protest against the action taken against the German news magazine ''Spiegel'' by german Federal authorities was staged last night in Frankfurt. The statue of Justice, which is on top of a fountain in front of the Frankfurt City Hall, was found holding a new ''Spiegel''-frontpage and a sign saying ''Freedom of Press'' smashed on her sword.
