FILE PHOTO - GUNTER SACHS, 78, was born on November 14, 1932, as the son of a wealthy German industrialist family. His great-grandfather was the car manufacturer Adam Opel. Sachs was known for his flamboyant life style and his 3-year marriage with French actress and sex symbol B. Bardot, whom he won over by dropping countless red roses over her mansion. His last marriage with Swedish model M. Larsson lasted over 40 years. Sachs committed suicide at his home in Switzerland after learning that he was suffering from Alzheimers disease.
