The ingenuity of the German engineers has recently resulted in the construction of small paper and tin tanks for use in their army maneuvers, Feb. 5, 1932. The peculiar construction escapes the clause of the Versailles treaty forbidding building of real tanks, and at the same time allows the army to carry out its maneuvers in war-like fashion. The photograph shows the ?Bluff? tanks as they took part in recent maneuvers. (AP Photo)
