JER01:MIDEAST-ISRAEL-PALESTINIANS:EL AROUB,WEST BANK,3FEB97 - An Israeli captain in an army infantry unit kicks a Palestinian teenager as he and about 30 other Palestinians are made to sit on the ground February 3 while they are detained for suspicion of stone throwing on the outskirts of this Palestinian refugee camp.
