WAS07:SHIP-FIRE:MIAMI,20JUL98 - Crew members attempt to douse a fire aboard a cruise ship with a hose from the upper decks July 20. The Carnival cruise ship "Ecstasy," with some 2,000 passengers aboard, caught fire shortly after leaving Miami harbor July 20.
