Athlete Martin Hyman huffs and puffs into the bicyclergometer as he helps Dr Griffith Pugh answer a question worrying sport the world over : Will extreme physical exhertion in a rarified atmosphere be dangerous to athletes competing in the Mexico Olympics ?
