Aug. 08, 1963 - ''Norwegian Government Expected To Resign: It was expected in OSLO today that the Norwegian Socialist government which has been in power for 28 years, would resign. They face a vote of no-confidence, and the small Socialist Democratic party which, although it has only two members, holds the balance of power as the two major parties have 74 members each, has declared it's intention to vote against the Socialists. Assuming that this happens in office since 1945 (excepting 1951/5) will resign, and the leader of the Conservatives, 58-year-old, Jon Lyng will form a coalition with the Socialist Democrats.
