The Cafe Royal , Regent Street , London celebrates its 100th birthday today and pictured toasting each other during the celebrity luncheon given by the present owner Mr Charles Forte , the restauranteur are left to right Mr Charles Forte ; actress Dulcie Gray and actor Michael Denison . The Cafe Royal was opened in 1865 by Daniel Nicols , whose great grandson Mr Vincent Baker was at the luncheon . 11th February 1965
